Things To Do While You're Stuck At Home (Self-Quarantine Guide)

Happy Friday Everyone! Orange County is officially on lockdown so I better get really comfortable in my home. During this time, don't just sit and watch Netflix all day but get up and complete at least one activity or a chore. I haven't got cabin fever yet but I've been keeping myself occupied this past week. In this post, I am going to share some things you can do while you're bored at home.

Make Breakfast

Starbucks runs are canceled but now you have time to cook a nice breakfast for yourself. I enjoyed the morning with breakfast, painting, and 00's R&B jams. This is a perfect way to get your day started and get the whole family together. I bought the canvas and paint from Target and it was very inexpensive. 

Arts & Crafts

Arts & Crafts are so fun and remind me of my summer camp days. I've been obsessed with Tie Dye lately and been making me some cute shirts for summertime. I bought this 18 pack of Tie Dye on Amazon for $13. This is a great family activity as well.

TikTok

TikTok is the app I go to when I need a daily laugh. So many videos are relatable and it is a great platform to share your talents. Try to pop off your TikTok career during quarantine because you never know what can happen. Include your family in the videos and let it be a great way to get the family involved in something. Date Night In

 

If you're trapped in the house with your boo then you can do a date night-in one night. You can get dressed up and have dinner at home. If you are not with your boo you can also facetime them while sharing a meal together. This is a great way to keep the sparks alive while in quarantine. And if you are single like me, then facetime your girls and have a virtual happy/gossip hour with them.
