Happy Tuesday! Today, I am so excited to share a new treasure located in the Orlando/Kissimmee area. Nati's Southern Seafood Boil is a locally run restaurant in the heart of Downtown Kissimmee. Their menu offers a variety of options from their Seafood Lover platters to combo baskets with the choice of the Lobster tail, Shrimp, Scallops, Crawfish, and much more. They also have non-seafood options such as Chicken Wings ( I recommend the buffalo flavor), Cheesesteak, and even a T-bone Steak that's making its debut to the restaurant. Meet The Chef
Say Hello to Chef Chuckie! Not only is he the hands and sweat behind each freshly made dish but he also incorporates a 100-year-old sauce recipe from his Grandmother into each dish. Chuckie's passion and knowledge of the food industry help create a family-friendly environment inside the restaurant. It feels like your going over to your Uncle's house for Sunday dinner. Chuckie also has a background in cooking banging BBQ dishes and hopes to introduce those recipes in the restaurant very soon.
As I mentioned before, this restaurant is located in the heart of Historic Downtown Kissimmee. Parking is available on the side of the restaurant and along side streets as well. Inside the restaurant, you can expect a variety of chair seats as well as booths. Three people are usually running the restaurant including the chef but they still make the experience personable to everyone.
The menu has many good-looking options and you can check them all out here: The Menu. Prices may seem a little over budget but you will forget about the digits as soon as you taste the food. The seafood is from Alaskan Cold Waters which gives it a delicious taste. The first photo above is an order of Buffalo Wings with Seasoned Garlic French Fries. This plate was so good that I didn't even need any dipping sauce for either entree. The second picture above is an order of the Seafood Lover for Two which features 2 Lobster tails, 1 1/2 Snow Crab, 1/2 lb of Shrimp, 1/2 lb of Scallops, and a double order of Corn, Sausage, Potato, and Garlic Toast. Although I didn't take part in eating this dish, my friends said it was very delicious but take precaution because it's a bit spicy.
You can visit Nati's Southern Seafood Broil at 231 Broadway, Kissimmee Fl 34741 Monday through Sunday (Mon-Sat 11 a.m. - 10 p.m. and Sun 11 a.m. - 7 p.m.). If you have the chance to visit on Saturday nights then you can catch Comedy night.
