Garnier Fructis Hair Mask Review & Drugstore HairCare Routine

A beauty issue that I have been dealing with lately is the fact that my hair doesn't feel or look as healthy anymore. After doing crazy dye jobs with my hair, it has been a process to get my hair to its original state. I have cut my hair and constantly changing shampoos, conditioners, and leave-ins to see what works for my hair. While I am still working on my permanent routine I have fallen in love with a Loreal Wash duo as well as trying this Garnier Fructis Hair Mask. I was sent this sample to try and I gave it a shot. Below you can see my haircare routine and also the effects of the hair mask.

I usually wash my hair three times a week or whenever the grease is too greasy (looking like some fried chicken). The products I have been using to wash my hair are apart of the Loreal Elvive Total Repair 5 Restoring Shampoo and Conditioner. I have been loving this duo because I can tell a difference in my hair in the way it feels as well as not too much thickness or frizz when I style my hair.

After I am done washing my hair (and taking a shower) I usually get dressed and let my hair air dry. Since I let my hair air dry I decided to use the Garnier Fructis Hair Mask as a leave-in. The Hair Mask can actually be used in three different ways including: after shampoo, after conditioner, and as a leave-in.

The mask is known for being "one minute" if you use it after shampoo. However, as a leave-in, it just stays in your hair. The sample pack gave me a great amount of product to apply in my thick hair. I got the coconut extract scent and I loved it. On top of the Loreal scent, this just added even a better touch (and who doesn't like good smelling hair).

The objective of this hair mask was to nourish dry hair as well as give your hair a silky effect when dry. My hair felt smoother and thinner which are two things I was looking for. My hair is now prepared to be straightened or curled for the weekend.

Garnier Fructis has five different hair masks that have different tasks including strengthening weak hair, nourishing dry hair, smoothing frizzy hair, repairing damaged hair, and protecting color vibrancy.
